Are you getting the most out of your outsourced CIO?
As an independent partner, FAIR provides an unbiased review of the performance of your outsourced CIO. We provide an in-depth analysis of investment returns and risks as they relate to your objectives and a customized peer group universe that we will help you develop. FAIR evaluates all costs associated with your investment program and compares those with industry norms as we see them.
We leverage our capital market experience to identify and expose risks and opportunities beneath the surface of your investment strategy. FAIR provides the data, information, and recommendations to help you make informed decisions about those that will protect the future success of your institution.
What is FAIR?
Boards that operate at peak performance should expect their OCIO and portfolios to do the same. A commitment to excellence and attention to detail can help institutions position themselves to better serve their beneficiaries.
As a fiduciary, boards must expect best practices to ensure quality oversight of that OCIO because it’s important that organizations get the most out of that relationship. That is why we developed FAIR by OneAscent.
FAIR - or Fiduciary Audit and Independent Review - is designed as a fiduciary oversight program that services endowments, foundations, health and welfare plans, pension & qualified retirement plans, and family offices. FAIR is designed to deliver protection and excellence in investment plan management through independent governance, monitoring, and experienced advice related to OCIO performance and your investment objectives, investment policies, and your portfolio.
As an independent consultant, FAIR is led by an experienced Institutional Investment advisor, Phil Shaffer, who connects the audit back to the investment policy, goals and objectives to provide neutral, unbiased analysis and feedback on your existing OCIO’s performance always with the intention of protecting the future well-being of your institution’s beneficiaries.
